The 2,200-acre industrial park located in Namanve has been allocated to prospective investors for development in various sub-sectors.
In a bid to fully operationalize the KIBP, ATRO E&M, formally Mott MacDonald was awarded the contract to provide design and construction supervision services for various infrastructural elements located within the park. We were contracted to assist the Lagan DOTT team with technical advisory services to carry out the detailed design and onsite supervision of the implementation of design during construction over the 42-month design and construction programme. The design team is required to carry out necessary site investigations, topography and hydrological surveys and detailed design of roads, drainages, sewerage system and sewage treatment, power, water and ICT provision. We shall be required to liaise with the construction team and the client to ensure approval of the proposed designs.
