Under this project, ATRO E&M, then Mott MacDonald Uganda was contracted by the World Bank to offer advisory and technical services.
These services included studying and reviewing all the existing key Uganda transport and logistics documentation, reviewing the institutional structure in the transport and logistics sector, Review the current national legal framework in the transport and logistics sector, reviewing the status of the transport and logistics sector, Review of the policies in the transport and logistics sector and Supply chain analysis of transport and logistics costs for key exports and imports.
