Infrastructure planning
Physical infrastructure is critical to human existence and quality of life. An adequate infrastructure system is the backbone of economic development in any region. Infrastructure planning involves undertaking projects whose success is dependent on several factors such as engineering feasibility, economic/financial viability, socio-economic and environmental impacts, and legal and institutional constraints.
