DI Frontier and VS Hydro were developing and constructing four small hydroelectric projects located throughout Uganda.
These totalled approximately 32MW which were being added to the national grid. The Funder, Netherlands Development Finance company FMO, appointed ATRO E&M, formally Mott MacDonald Limited (MML) as the Lenders’ Technical and E&S Adviser (LTA) to undertake the monitoring of the projects during the Construction and Operation phase. Siti 2 and Lubilia Hydropower projects were two of these projects developed.
