Trademark East Africa contracted ATRO E&M to support UNRA in their efforts to implement public, and private partnership and project finance projects.
These projects included the Kampala Jinja Expressway project, as well as assisting UNRA in identifying further PPPs. Under the contract, ATRO E&M was also expected to build and strengthen the capacity of UNRA staff in areas of PPP management and implementation as well as intra-agency communications and awareness building as well as PPP project management support, and PPP planning support, PPP training, and Capacity Building.
