Ministry of Education and Sports + World Bank contracted ATRO E&M formally known as Mott MacDonald Uganda to do Surveys and Investigations, Review topographical surveys, Geotechnical Studies, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Architectural and Engineering Designs, Preparation of bills of quantities, and Preparation of technical specifications. The project started in 2020 in Nwoya, Northern Uganda, and was completed in 2022.
